Preparations for Stove

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan
  2. Stir in Rice
  3. Cover
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until all the water is absorbed

Notes:

Preparations for Microwave

  1. In a 2 Quart microwave safe dish, combine 1-3/4 cups of water and 1 cup of rice.
  2. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes
  3. Reduce setting to 50% power and microwave for 10 minutest
  4. Let stand for 5 minutes

Note:
